Volunteers needed

We are gearing up for the most anticipated event of the fall, and it is only possible with the support of our dedicated volunteers.

October 23, 2026

A night like this only happens
because people show up early

This year’s gala promises an unforgettable evening, and it is only possible with the incredible support of our dedicated volunteers.

Volunteering at the gala is a fantastic way to contribute to a great cause, meet new people, and be a part of a truly special night.

We have various roles available, from guest registration to ushering, media and general event assistance.

If you are able to lend a hand and help us create a memorable experience for everyone, please sign up below. Thank you for considering being part of our gala team.

Where we need hands

Nine roles, one night

01

Guest registration

Check in honorees and guests at the door, hand out programs, and make sure every family finds their table.

02

Ushering & seating

Walk guests to their seats and help the hundred honorees line up in program order.

03

Set up & breakdown

Room setup during the day and breakdown at the end of the night. Signage, seating, the step and repeat.

04

Media & photography

Shoot stills or video across the red carpet and the ceremony. Bring your own kit and lenses.

05

Social media

Post live from the room and tag honorees and sponsors correctly as the night runs.

06

Honoree hospitality

Look after honorees and their families in the VIP reception and keep the schedule moving.

07

Sponsor liaison

Greet corporate partners and make sure their signage and photo opportunities happen as promised.

08

Stage & program support

Cue honorees at the wings and keep a hundred names moving across the stage all evening.

09

General event assistance

The floating role, wherever the night needs a pair of hands.
