Put your name next to
a class of one hundred
Sponsorship puts your organization in front of a theater full of community leaders and their families, and pays for the scholarships and mentorship programs that outlast the night.

A gala class is one hundred people who lead organizations, run departments, teach, treat patients, serve districts and own businesses, plus the families and colleagues who come to watch them be recognized.
Sponsorship dollars carry the cost of the evening so that a portion of proceeds can go where it is meant to go: scholarships for graduating seniors headed to college, and leadership and mentorship programs.
The levels below are for the 2026 100 Women of Color Virginia Gala & Awards on October 23. Ask us about a package that covers both chapters.

Scholarships, mentorship, and a stage
students can see themselves on
A portion of proceeds from every gala supports scholarships for young men and women who graduate from high school and plan on attending college, through The Archer Foundation.
Chapters have also put money behind STEM summer programming, youth basketball, holiday toy and coat drives, and back to school initiatives, chosen locally rather than handed down.
