Named affectionately after Chef Mike's dad's childhood nickname, Bolo's Eatery brings soul, seafood and craft beer under one historic roof.
Bolo's is a Lindsey Food Group concept — a Richmond-rooted hospitality team built on Chef Mike Lindsey's family legacy. Together with Brainstorm Brewhouse, they revived a long-dormant Manchester brewery building, breathing new life into the former Dogtown Brewing space at 1209 Hull Street.
The result is a brewpub unlike anything else in the neighborhood: fried chicken and fresh oysters meeting beer brewed steps away, spread across three floors and a rooftop deck with some of the best views in the city.
